Here's my story of how I made it to the other side after over five-years of treatment. KEEP READING ..... Ten years ago Tiffanie felt helpless. A dear friend of her community reached out to her and listened to her share about struggling with unjustly harmful termination after over Fifteen Years of Successful or Fully Successful Performance Rating and now I was filing the EEOC and MSBP application steps and response logistics, and financial strain of obtaining legal council to be equally responsive to an Administrative Judge (AJ) for a favorable remedy, was looming in my mind without conclusion. “That was the first time [regular management officials acted with harmful conclusion] and conclusion without discussion, I said to the neighbor. After talking with her husband’s friends, they decided to work together to raise money and establish. They called their consortium “The Purple Afro Conciliator.”
Five years later, The Purple Afro Conciliator doing business as was applied for Limited Liability Corporation business status. At the time they also expanded the merchant mission. One motivating factor for this expansion was the death of a devoured father, the late Mr. A. C Willis. “He died at the onset of COVID-19 world impact” and “He would have supported without question.” His death hit really hard, to Coach Mrs. Tiffanie his only child. He died from prior life-threatening complications and then colliding with COVID-19 epidemic to his not desired fatal death, impacting him, his legacy and our family.”
The other driving force was the sheer volume of layers of other employees I learned about who were employed at that very office before my arrival, from that same department and team who were of ruddy-tint and female and were blindside and harmed by this unified agency across multiple uniformed agency's of RMO’s, that had accomplished labor-force incivility and no one had yet been held accountable. While in the office many who became aware of the mishaps upon my consistent and clear performance employment record and how I had a Rigorous Response that when Recalibrated brought the Remedy and Results timely from an (AJ) they approached The Purple Afro Conciliator a.k.a. The Response Pragmatist in need of help for many reasons other than not knowing how to write a clear claim of merit appeal application and other particulars impacting life at that point.
“We did not go looking out searching for [people in need or clients],” Tiffanie said, “They would be referred to me and say, ‘Wow, is their any help for me at this stage of discrimination labor harm?”

Thus far all events have had success from collective in-kind donations amounts which have exceed $10,000 +/- between restaurants providing lunch to community, event t-shirts, pamphlets and swag, food-trucks restaurants and waste management salaried staff and teams work-efforts. The TPAC Founder is a knowledge learner, and recently completing the National Coalition Institute Grant credentialed training, the goal is for TPAC growth, and acquisition of an office space to develop a full-time position that will eventually be a paid role, to be funded by grants.

The Rigorous Refusal Response through clearly written claims with merit that matters.’”

Tiffanie willis Archie was a AHS graduate in Texarkana, attended Oakwood University graduating with Biology Education degree. She pursued a professional career in city planning urban development with graduate coursework at University of Texas Arlington, Texas advance graduate courses and career work, which eventually led her to work and live in the states of Alabama and Tennessee working in general service civilian workforce for Department of Defense at multiple Uniformed Agency.
Coach Mrs. Tiffanie returned to Texarkana and has now accomplishing to complete the advanced graduate degree in constructive social research a doctorate degree. Coach Mrs. Tiffanie lives with family and one son.
Demonstrated ability to support a diverse group of clients, and aptitude to work cross-functionally with individuals and at extreme pressures, Tiffanie is a community engager, 'tween' [youth and pre-tween] public speaker, and amateur homesteader, Tiffanie enjoys sharing her ideas, with experiences, so people get the result needed, being a small business owner and who is training effective youth leadership about how to recalibrate a rigorous refusal and response to bullying, and micro-agression in the built-environment.
