The Purple Afro Conciliator, established in November of 2004 as a sole proprietorship, is located in Columbus, Tennessee. It is solely owned and operated by Tiffanie Willis, a non-attorney specializing in presenting to anyone to explore alternatives to the best remedy deserved if incivility and harmful discriminatory application submission, appeal and hearing preparation response in federal employment or private sector which is often required.  The Purple Afro Conciliator became a limited liability company in June 2022.

Tiffanie is an accomplished coalition collaborator in community and business professional conciliator, speaker, Arthur, and Founder and CEO of Vertical Absolute Consortium and Consultancy, LLC. Home of The Purple Afro Conciliator.

Mrs. Tiffanie worked as a Department of Defense Army Contract Specialist and Warranted Contracting Officer of Tactical Division. In that capacity she conducted numerous fact-finding efforts with management, and negotiated successfully settlements, referrals, and  supported sound response to mixed case or investigations findings. discrimination Human Relations. She has successfully handled over five aspects of federal and general industry hostile environment or uncivil harmful employment matters cases.

Mrs. Tiffanie is not an attorney and does not provide legal advice pertaining to the court.  She represents pre-qualified and processed clients during initial application, EEO process (both informal and formal complaint stages),  before any other administrative agencies investigations discrimination complaints nationwide.  She can also represent clients at the settlement negotiations or mediation conference at the EEOC or during the informal process after MSRBP Administrative Judge (AL) determination and ruling settlement with office determination hearing process.  Ms. Tiffanie represent employees before a board od appeals dealing with disciplinary action within the federal Agency or in the fact-finding conference or during the phone interview conducted by Investigator during the federal process. She can assist with responding to investigator's questionnaire and providing a rebuttal to the Agency decision maker's affidavits during the Formal process.

     BS and AS from Oakwood University,  Alabama

     2025-26 DSL Doctor of Social Leadership from  Oxford Graduate School O.M.E.G.A. American    Center Religion in Society, USA 

She is marred with one curious and brilliant son.
